History

Next Engineering, LLC was founded in February 2010 by four engineering students from Temple University. The company was formed to commercialize its innnovative suspension systems for motorcycles called Next Generation Shock.

Our company has a board of director which is composed of Chaitanya Sakhalkar (CEO),Francois Sagna  (CFO), Steve Trinh (COO) and Kevin S. McCardle (CTMO). The board is responsible to oversee the activities of the company. 

Chaitanya Sakhalkar – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

He has been in leadership positions in the past and has been successful. He has worked in a small engineering company which has given him industry experience in various fields including Sales, Accounting, HR and Marketing. 

Francois Sagna - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

He has a background in finances of a company as he owns another marketing company. His work ethic is relentless, due to his participation in NCAA division I soccer. 

Steven Trinh - Chief Operations Officer (COO)

He has a background in electrical engineering. His experience at NASA involved some management of resources which entitles him to this position. 
 

Kevin S. McCardle - Chief Technology and Manufacturing Officer (CTMO)

He has a background in Mechanical Engineering with experience in production and manufactur ing. He has been an officer for Temple Society of Automotive Engineer where he was responsible for quality managment and dealing with the suppliers. He has experience as a trainer and will help the CEO in human ressource management.
